About Css of TPS54231, a datasheet has the following statements.

"The slow-start time should be set between 1 ms to 10 ms to ensure good startup behavior. The value of the
slow-start capacitor should not exceed 27 nF."

If a larger capacitor (more than 27nF) is connected, what kind of problem?
As shown in the following, does it come to take time until it becomes "Vout x 100%"?
