TPS92661 / EN , SYNC pin

Hello,

TPS92661 has Enable pins(4,33)  and SYNC pins (6, 31).
Can we use 33 and 31pins as input pins also 4 and 6 pin as floating ?
Since these pins have internal pin to pin resistance, I believe that we can do this.
