We have had many tps54335 failures on a new design.
We received this
"Also, did <our company> receive the Quality Notification Letter for this device and review their application with TI? We <TI> have an issue with the TPS54335 that we are proactively working through with customers, so we need to review their application for potential risk. There is
a new revision of the device that will RTM next month that will resolve the
issue. Please help us get the customer schematic and application conditions
(VIN supply voltage, EN pin configuration, and output switching frequency) so
that we can review for risk."
