Do we have a BOM for TPS40131 design example from 12V to 5V output (pg 29 datasheet)? It shows efficiency curve on pg 30. Do we have a reference design on that?

I do not have a bill of materials for that design. I can send you the schematic and the values are correct, but some of the descriptions and part-numbers are not properly filled out.
