Want to charge 3 AA size NiMh using USB

I know its not effective or may be not possible to charge this 3 NiMh cells in series due to not headroom for voltage for charger ic.

I am new to this charging can someone please guide me.I think i need to boost up voltage to 6-7 volts to charge properly.

Isythere any IC available for boosting and charging both in same chip?

Give me any suggestion that would full feel my requirement.
