I really need your help.
I’m in trouble with “battery Management Studio” of TI application software.
I’m using bq76920 and bq78350 with Sanyo UR18650A battery as our system application.
In the battery discharge case, the application software shows that the battery remaining level is zero (discharge completely) though the battery actual voltage is 3.5V.
Could anybody tell me how can I resolve this situation?
I tried to resolve this problem many time with full charging after completed discharging. But the software display always showed that the battery is empty completely though the battery still has about 3.5V.
Your advice would be appreciated.
