TPS78601 / Spec of line regulation

Hi All,

The line regulation is stated in the datasheet of TPS78601 but its value looks larger than other devices (12%/V(max)). But it's also stated "ΔVOUT%/VIN" so I understand that it should be 0.12%/V(max) for ΔVOUT/VIN. Is my understanding correct?
