On that page http://www.ti.com/product/lm3671#parametrics the table says that LM3671 has a Iq of 1.7mA while TPS62260 has a 0.016mA. Open the lm3671 datasheet it says that quiescent current is 16uA. Isn't Iq quiescent current?
Basically I want to know what is the consumption of lm3671 when it is switching and there is no load.
