In the datasheet page 34, it is given that Switching loss for LOW SIDE FET is 0.5*V OUT*I IN*(T RISE+T FALL)*F SW.
Since the V OUT is not applied across the MOSFET, Why the factor V OUT is needed.
During the FET turn on period, Input voltage will be applied across the inductor to charge.
We are facing difficulty in calculating MOSFET switching loss.
Please clarify?

V OUT 15V, I IN 33A, F SW 300KHz
