TPS40170 use Rrc=31.6kΩ, the switching frequency range from 270kHz to 330kHz at 4.5V＜Vin＜60V.

Rrt=27kΩ, at 10V＜Vin＜23V, What switching frequency range is considered?

The switching frequency is specified as +/- 10 % across temperature and input voltage. It looks like about 2% of that is due to input voltage variation (typical).

10V＜Vin＜23V, switching frequency range 334.8kHz ± ?% is considered?

Is it 334.8kHz ± 2% ?
