I hava a question about 6V LDO of LM3150.

How much is start-up time of 6V LDO?
Please tell me to calculate start-up time from VIN rising.

Hi Atsushi,

With a 4.7uF capacitor on Vcc, it takes about 250us for the VCC voltage to rise to the 5.1V threshold that is gating soft-start.
