LMZ30602 / Calculate adjusted VIN UVLO

Hi All.

Please tell me the following two points about Adjusting VIN UVLO.

1.One instance of VIN UVLO is given in Table8 of date sheet. Please tell me calculation method of this instance.

2.If there is no error of RUVLO, how much is the variation in VIN UVLO and Hysteresis?

Best Regards,

Sho Ogane

  • Internal to the module, a resistor divider between Vin, UVLO, and AGND sets Vin rising threshold to 3.05V. The resistor divider values are Rtop=48.7kΩ & Rbot=34kΩ. The device is enabled when the voltage on the UVLO pin rises above 1.25V. Once the UVLO pin voltage exceeds 1.25V, a 2.55μA hysteresis current source is added. As Vin decreases, the device will be active until the voltage on the UVLO pin is below 1.18V at which time the 2.55μA current source is removed.
  • Hi Arrigo-san.Thank you for the reply.
I understand the values of Rtop, Rbot and VINH-H aren't guaranteed by TI.
But how much variation will we need to assume these values?Best Regards,
    Sho Ogane
  • The tolerances of Rtop and Rbot are 1%. For VINH-H min = 1.16V, typ = 1.25V and max =1.37V.
