LM3242/ What happen when VCON voltage is over 1.44V?

 When VCON > 1.44V the part will go into forced bypass mode and the Vout will track the input voltage. Voltage Control Analog input. VCON controls VOUT in PWM and ECO modes. VCON may also be used to force bypass condition by setting VCON > VIN/2.5.

The ABS Max for the VCON pin is  (VIN+0.2V) w/ 6.0V max and care should be taken this is never exceeded.

Hi Parekh-san.Thank you for your answer.
Input power supply is Li-ion battery that is change from 4.2 to 3.4V.
For example, (when Vcon=1.5V, Vout=3.75V setting)
I think, Vout become baypass mode at under 3.75 Vin.
What happen when Vin voltage is over 3.75V? or Vout constant voltage (3.75V)? or Always baypass mode?

Hi Yusuke-san

If you keep VCON =1.5V and then it will continue to be in bypass mode even if you go to Vin of 4.2V...This is called the FORCED BYPASS MODE
