Change data flash once sealed-unsealed -- BQ34Z110

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ34Z110, BQEVSW

Hi,

I have recently configured a bq34z110 and sealed it.
And now I want to make use of an external NTC instead of the internal,
For this I unsealed the FG, and to do so, I followed this sequence:

+ Disable Scanning in bqEVSW
+ Type 0414 into the data entry area of the Control field. Press Enter on the computer.
+ Type 3672 into the Control field. <Enter>
+ Select the Refresh button to see if the SS flag turns green.
+ If is does, then follow the same process to enter the Full Access pass codes. ffff ffff

So far so good, bu then...

When I try to change the 'pack configuration' field in 'data flash' - 'configuration' - 'registers',
using the BQ gas gauge evaluation software from 960 to 961 and enter,
the field becomes red and the value changes back to 960. (and yes, SS and FAS are highlighted green)

The next step was to put the FG into ROM mode and flash it with the original SENC.
Still the same result, when I try to change a value, it becomes the initial value and marks red.

Can anyone explain me why?
And what can be a solution?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,
Kris
