Hello,


Does the BQ24073 have build-in a li-ion battery undervoltage protection? If not, could you recommend me some similar circuit? Thank you in advance.

    No. The bq24073 does not have integrated battery UV protection. With battery only attached, the IC's internal FET from BAT to OUT will turn off due to not enough gate drive when the battery voltage drops to ~ 2.0V. The IC expects the battery to have its own protector IC to prevent undervoltage. The bq29700 is a battery protector circuit. You could also implement undervoltage protection using a comparator that opens a series PFET.
