I need a power supply chip for our sensor products as following:

Input :5±0.5V usually and 16V max. overvoltage

Output:5V,below 10mA

Could you help me?

Hello Weiming,
what you need is a buck/boost converter. A device with a very wide input voltage range is TPS63060. However, it cannot operate up to 16V input. If this voltage is just an unlikely over-voltage event, we can think about an application circuit to clamp the voltage.
