PMP9088 detailed schematics

Hi,

I'm trying to put together this usb charger. My main problem is that I don't know where each component goes on the PCB. I looked in the pdf and in the gerber files from the website ( http://www.ti.com/tool/PMP9088 )

Does anyone have the detailed schematics for PMP9088? I'm looking for a PCB overlay or a pdf file with the position of each component on the PCB.
