Does TI have any of solutions for active cell balancing for li-ion capacitor?

My customer will use two li-ion caps in series and look for solution.

We do not have an integrated gauge / protector that supports active cell balancing. I will move the message to the protector forum to get their input, but I doubt that they will have an optimal solution for a 2S configuration.
