BQ24296 Android Driver

We do not have internally produced hardware level driver code.  We normally point customers to one of the open source drivers available online such as this one: https://github.com/suribi/Thunder-Kernel/blob/master/mediatek/platform/mt6582/kernel/drivers/power/bq24296.c 

Keep in mind, we have no way to test these and cannot guarantee the functionality or quality of the these open source drivers.
