I use bq24192I with PSEL=LOW.

And I don't use Boost mode.

In this case, please tell me the usage of the OTG-terminal.

High or Low or Open?

Table3 of P15 of SLUSAW5B describes OTG as "-".

When PSEL=LOW, OTG pin is "don't care". The input current limit will be determined by I2C settings despite of OTG status.
