Hi Team,

I’d Iike to ask about TPS51219 layout.
Data sheet of the TPS51219 is joined the GND and AGND.

However,EVM application notes of layout are separate GND and PGND and power pad.

Which is your recommendation?
I would like to connect the GND and PGND and PowerPad for heat dissipation.

Please follow the EVM "User Guide" of "PGND", "GND" and "PowerPad" connection.

The point of this question is that
Is it OK to connect GND,PGND and PowerPad all together for the purpose of heat dissipation?

Hello Yusuke-san,

Some for your reference:

Connect GND(Pin7) and PGND(Pin8) directly on the top layer, and connect to internal layer ground plane by via;

Connect the IC ThermalPad to the internal layer ground plane by via;
