I have a question for BQ24196
I measured BAT pin on BQ24196's EVM board, testing condition is " plugging in 5V adapter without connecting battery. the testing result of BAT pin is around 4V, and SYS pin is around 3.65V.
My circuit is referenced from EVM design, and I tested it with the same condition, but the result
is different. There is no output from BAT pin, and battery can't be charged.
