LP3925 Packaging information.

I'm Looking for the physical dimensions and layout info (like this www.ti.com/.../snva009ae.pdf but for the 81 pin version). Also the markings for the chip would be helpful. Anything referencing the 81-Bump DSBGA Package would help.

I am not sure I understand your question clearly, are you asking for a layout example, i can open the example link you posted.

I am looking for the package dimensions and recommended pad, soldermask, and pastemask sizes. An example would help with that. The data sheet has no dimensions in it.

Then how do I know the pitch of the balls? How do I use the part with out any specifications for layout?

the pitch information and all other package spec you need for layout are on pg58 of the online datasheet..
