Dear TI
Customer is evaluating efficiency at light load.
Condition is following
After calculation, Ivin will be around 6uA. So input an equipment as series with 600uA range to maesure Ivin.
But in this case, IC can't operate due to limit 600uA range for peak current.
When it's used 300mA range of equipment, IC can operate.But accuracy is too low for 6uA Ivin at light load.
Could you give me any idear to measure Ivin at light load or how to measure efficiency at light load?
These DMM equipmet are
600uA range :FLUKE116
300mA range :FLUKE73-3
