TPS77601 Transient Disturbance Shutdown

We are using a FPGA card from a third party vendor. TPS77601 regulators are used to provide 1.5 volt and 2.5 volt power from a 3.3 volt rail. When the FPGA does bus transactions, sometimes the power good output on one or the other of the regulators goes south, a situation that caused the FPGA to be reprogrammed. When we look at the regulator output power, we don't see a significant drop in output voltage. We do see a slight drop in the 3.3 volt input power to the regulators when this occurs.

A 10uF tantalum capacitor is used on each of the outputs of the TPS77601. This was changed to 47uF and the situation improved somewhat but has not gone away completely.

Are there any know problems with the TPS77601 with regard to this problem?
