Could someone please direct me to where to find a TI recommended PCB footprint for the bq27421?

Hi Kang,

I see the recommended PCB layout, but what I'm looking for is the recommended footprint dimensions for the DSBGA-9 package, so that I can create a PCB footprint to use in a PCB layout.

Hello,

On Page 4 of the datasheet, there are the WxL dimensions.

On Page 26 of the datasheet, there are the BGA ball dimensions.

I do not see any recommendation on the PCB footprint, only the physical dimensions of the package. For example what is the recommended PAD size?
