UCC2897A efficeincy at light load

Dear TI

I'm sorry I don't have enough knowledge which kind of  isolated DC/DC parts.

Customer is using UCC2897A and she wants to improve efficiency at light load.

So she is asking to introduce other device if improve efficeincy at light load.

Is there any device to recommend it?

    plz provide current SCH with component details , current Effi measurement results, measurement point infomation and target Effi expected.
    then we can work out what to use,

    I'm asking a customer for your requirements now.

    You mean that the most of  power loss in light load  is depends on external conponents and circuit structure,it''s not IC, isn't it?

    Hi Kumar-san,

    After hearing from customer, They used UCC2897A in primary side and ZXGD3104 is used in secondary.

    They improved efficiency in secondary side, after that, UCC 2987A became unstability. So they would like to know how to improve

    this unstability of UCC2987A.

    I got customer's schematic but I can't attach on E2E due to confidential material.
