TPS61093 - About temperature characteristics of IOL(Overload protection)

Hi Team,

Our customer is evaluating TPS61093 at the following condition.

According to our customer, the output peak current is around 200mA.

So, they are concerned that IOL(min) becomes less than 200mA.

Therefore, they would like to know the temperature characteristics of IOL(Overload protection).

We are understanding that IOL is guaranteed at "TA=-40℃ to +85℃".

So, if TA=-40℃ to +85℃, IOL does not become less than 200mA.

Is my understanding correct?

And, could you please let us send if you have” IOL vs TA graph”?

So, they would like to know the tendency to increase and decrease of IOL by the temperature(TA) change.

[Condition]

Vreg=1cell(2.1V to 4.2V) or 2cell(4.0V to 8.4V)

Vin=3.3V

Vout=10V

Iout= 200mA(peak)
