TL494 to 90% Duty Cycle

I understand that the TL494 can provide a 90% duty cycle when the two outputs are ORed together. Can someone please explain how to do this?

Marshall,

You can get 90% by one or both of the following:

Connect output control (pin 13) to ground. (disable flip flop)
Connect both C1 and C2 together and connect E1 and E2 together.
