Differences between the Webench board layout and Skematic for LM25085

I am working on integrating this circuit into a larger PCB using EagleCad Pro V 7.1.0

Using the Webench tool export function, I have been able to successfully download, both the schematic and the board layout to eagle, However when I try and merge the schematic and the layout, there are several consistency errors, revolving around various components missing from the schematic file.

What are these extra components? Is it normal for the provided schematic from the Webench and the provided layout to be inconsistent? And is there anything I can do to avoid this issue, or do I need to solve each conflict manually in Eagle?

Hi Josh,

Thank you for your support using WEBENCH.

Typically, the board will have more components than the downloaded schematic because it has to support multiple schematics in WEBENCH. unfortunately, there is no quick way to sync up the schematic BOM to the Board without some manual work. However, we are still hoping this process is a time saver vs. creating a new board layout.

Thank you, that makes sense. I was nervous about changing anything on the board, but now I will work on making it match the schematic.
