Hello,

Please give me the data or opinion about ISWLEAK.

Although the ISWLEAK is 10uA_max in that test condition; VIN = 3.3V, VSW = 6.0V, EN = GND,

how about under the following conditions?

・VIN = 0V

・VSW = 6.0V

・EN = GND

I'd like to know what the ISWLEAK is most dependent on.

for it's a quasi-constant frequency converter, from the experience of our designers, vin will not influence the SW node leakage if VIN is separated from SW, the leak is caused mainly by the low side MOSFET(instinct). we need some time to check the internal block to see whether SW is the power supply for sth.

the SW leak is caused by internal MOS leak, is not related with VIN. it's confirmed within my team.
