Does anyone know that TI has DC/DC converter with latch off TSD protection?

Actually, I've never seen this kind of TI's DC/DC before.

from boost side, most of the time, we will take retry mode not latch off. what kind of IC do u need?

I think most ICs will operate in the way Charles describes. All of the ICs I work with shutdown at a certain junction temperature, typically around ~160 deg C to ~180 deg C, then need to cool down ~10 degrees before they retry.
