IC suggestion for a spectrum light driver

I got an inquiry from a customer that wants to have a full spectrum light controller. The lamp unit is not defined yet but the lamp will have 12 channel LEDs ( and each channel would have different wave length LED and different array size). The requirement is that each channel should be individually controllable via PWM.

Can I use a single IC to control 10-12 channel individually or do I need to have 10-12 LED driver for each channel?

Could you please suggest me a closest reference design that I can work on (it is 230AC powered, it should be flicker free)?
