Dear All,

I am using TPS563200 in my board.

According to the Webench design I designed my circuit.

My requirement is 4.2V,2.5Amp and my input is 12V.

During testing output is coming 4.2V to 6V.

I changed the board and tried every possibilities ,but not able solve this problem.

Please help me to solve this problem

Can you post your schematic, PCB layout and some waveforms that demonstrate your issue? Please be sure to include the SW node waveform.

Dear John,
Thank you so much your reply.
Really sorry I am not able to attach the schematic or waveform.
Schematic is same as webench design.
In one board is working fine and in another three board same problem i.e output is varying from 3.9V to 6V.
Please help me to solve this problem.

It will be pretty difficult to offer any advice without being able to see the schematic and waveforms. Do you just need instruction on how to attach them? alternately you can email them to me j-tucker(at)ti.com.
