  • We are using BQ2057 for charging 7.4V Lithium ion battery. we found that in order to build 500mA charger we have to use BQ2057 with SI6475DQ( P CHANNEL TrenchFET). But P/N SI6475DQ is a obsolete part. Do you recommend any other part which will support BQ2057..
