Technical Support

I have a question about a component design implementation that I do not want to divulge to the general public.

After contacting "Support" they (the "support" people at Ti) told me that they don't "support" customers, they have an E2E (customer to customer) "support" system so they don't have to answer customer questions.

So, here goes:

Who do I contact at Texas Instruments to get Technical "Support" without being 1) delayed for a couple of weeks before they respond, and 2) be referred to C2C E2E?

    I think that many TI employees from different product lines follow E2E, so you can get answer to your question also through E2E. If you post the device name here maybe you can get the appropriate application support directly. Using the device name in the message subject makes it easier to notice.
