The external clock oscillator require less than 5mA current.

Hello Asaka-san. You can use the TPS92661 LDO output to power external circuitry (like a local oscillator). The Vcc-reg spec on page 6 in the EC table indicates 3.1V-3.5V output voltage from 0-5mA current draw. As long as your oscillator can operate within that voltage range, your solution should work as expected.
