BQ27500 - Capacity error when I download the chemistery table (0287 - LGC 18650 MG1 2900mA)

Hi Fabien,
I beleive this issue is tied to an over flow problem on the resistance table of chem id 287. I have put in a request and that has been corrected. Pls download and install the chem updater by tomorrow (it wouldnt get updated online until tomorrow) and this will have corrected the overflow problem. the chem updater can be found in the link below:

Has the chem updater file been updated online? If yes, did you run it? Can you try using a different board. Also, do you have the default firmware of the device? Try reprogramming you device with the default firmware. The default firmware can be found onthis link if you do not have it.

I'm sorry, it still doesn't work !

I changed the board. I installed the new chemistry file, I downloaded the default file BQ27500_V_1_30.dfi, but default is still here. I still have the number 6 error Capacity Overload !!!

I saw there is a new update of the chemistery, i tried it but issue is still the same.

Any idea on what would be the solution ?
