Hi, I am designing a solar powered golf cart for a senior design project at UCF. I am in charge of designing and building the MPPT solar charge controller. I was considering the TIDA 00120 as a reference design, but the input and output range do not match what we will be using. I see that it mentions the design is made to scale up using higher rated MOSFETS. We will be using two PV panels connected in series to provide a nominal 60V and will be charging a 36V battery bank. My question is that, will changing the MOSFETS be enough to support this higher input and output range? Also, if anyone has any suggestions or advice I would appreciate the input as well.
