MC79L12 status for next 5 years....

Hi,

One of our customer Cognizent Tech is using this part MC79L12ACD in thier designs. They would like to know the folloiwng information as they were planning to use the same part in their new designs too.

  1. How many years this part will be in production? Cusotmer requires to know atleast for next 5 years.
  2.   Is it recommended for new designs? If not please we need to suggest the alternate parts.
