3D files (Stp or iges)

I have been looking for 3D files(Step or Iges files) (and found many on TI's homepage)

But I have been unable to find 3D files for the following components:

IC                             Case
BQ24070RHLR    VQFN-20(RHL)
BQ24230RG          QFN-16(RGT)

So where can I find/get these files?
