VAUX1 turn on time in TPS65950

In TPS65950, the turn on time of VAUX1 is defined as 500uS MAXIMUM for soft-start test condition, what is the typical value for this parameter?

In addition, what's the definition of turn on time? Does it mean the period from 10% to 90%?

Hi Antony,

Turn on time means the time from the Enable of the resource to the 90% of the final value.

The typical value for the turn-on time for VAUX1 seems to be:

IOUT = 0, CL = 1 μF (within 10% of VOUT) 100 μs (without soft start)

Soft-start function for inductive load 500 (with soft start)

Hi Ankit,

The "100uS" and "500uS" seems to be MAX value specified in DM. Do we have the "TYPICAL" value for them?
