TPS53319 VDD capacitor value

In EVM User's guide, it is 4.7uF and voltage rating is 25V. Is it needed at least 4.7uF in view of DC bias?

Could you tell me the required or recommended minimum actual capacitor value in view of DC bias?

    I don't see any explicit recommendation.  I do not believe it is critical.   Since the EVM uses a 4.7uF, 25V part, I checked the DC bias characteristic.  It is just above 1 uF at the maximum input voltage of 20 V.  I would not let the actual de-rated capacitance drop below 1uF.
