How to disable IT

    I design the SBS with BQ20Z95.

    I want to disable the IT after the IT had been enabled,how can I do?

    Also,I want to know how to confirm the IT has been disabled.

    FYI: Our recommended production procedure doesn't require disabling IT after it is enabled, so it is an unsupported operation.

    With that said, however, you can "disable" IT by changing the "Update Status" value in data-flash to "0" or "2", following by sending a reset command (0x0041). You will see QEN bit in operation status register is cleared. This is an indication of IT is disabled.

    Note that if IT is being enabled for some time, your Qmax, Ra tables, or Life time data may have been changed.
