Hi

I am sending 9v supply voltage from a LTC3122 boost converter to Pin 3 (V+) of LM3914. Unfortunately the LM3914  it is not working. The voltage between pins 7&8 on the LM3914 should show 1.25V but I only see a few mVolts. 5v is driving the line of 10 LEDs.

My question is - is the supply OK (should I use 5v supply)  and is this  why I am only seeing the last LED light up? and why I am not seeing 1.25V across pins 7&8?

or could there be another reason?
