Our customer has a question about start up time such as the below waveform.

How much is the tolerance of the time?

On the above waveform it is 500us. However on the customer's measurement it was 1ms.

typically 20%, on the screenshot above the time is higher then half division which is more than 500us, and it also depends the measurement where you put the cursor. it really needs to zoom in and see.

How much the center value of the delay time if the tolerance is +/-20%?

The time of the waveform on the datasheet is 600~700us. (I am sorry. It was more than 500us)

The SS settings are on the daatsheet, I am not sure if customer set SS the same as the waveform on the datasheet.
