Only the maximum time is useful and guaranteed in the datasheet. If you would like to use or have reference to the typical and minimum data, I can search for that. But this is only reference data and will not be a guarantee. Do you still want to see the other reference data?

Please see the following data:

tr Rise time, output, VIN=2.5V, Minimum (data for Mean - 6 x sigma) = 0.59ms

tr Rise time, output, VIN=6.5V, Minimum (data for Mean - 6 x sigma) = 0.95ms

ton Turnon time, EN, Minimum (data for Mean - 6 x sigma) = 1.5ms

Note that these data do not include the guardbands that would normally be reflected in the datasheet numbers.
