BQ20z95EVM : No communication with EVM Gas gauge...

Previously I connected bq20z95evm with EV2300  and it worked. But now I have problem when I connect and start bqEVSW shown as following picture.

I have no idea what wrong I've done, I just connect Them normally. And how do i know if it broken?

    Do you remember what you were doing when it stopped working?

    Here are some things to check. Make sure to momentarily short Pack+ to BAT+ after hooking up the battery. This will power up the AFE.

    It could be in ROM mode, so manually choose a target, open EVSW, and click Execute.

    If you press the LED button, do the LEDs turn on? If so, then the gauge is working, but communication is not. Try plugging and unplugging the USB cable. If that doesn't work, try swapping out EV2300s. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling EVSW.
