short circuit protection in bq20z95

Below is .gg file of my bq20z95. All parameters are inserted but still i dont get short circuit protection. When shortcircuit occurs, a spark is generated and mosfets get burnt out.Kindly revert back ASAP.

if there is any mistake in parameter then kindly suggest me.
