TPS78601 reliability

I'm recapping an old motherboard that use two adjustable TPS78601 regulators.  The output voltage of each exactly matches theoretical value (based on the external resistor divider values) to within 4mV, quite remarkable actually!  The board runs 24/7/365 and has been running for many years.

My question; do TPS78601 regulators get stressed over time and warrant replacement before they fail or should I leave them alone considering their precise output values?  I already have replacements on hand, but obviously don't want to change them out unnecessarily.
